Minutes of the Membership Meeting held

16 January 2010 at All Star Lanes Silverdale, WA. 98383

1.   The meeting was called to order by the President at 9:05 A.M.

2.   Roll Call of Officers: All board members were present except. Director Adam Wischhoefer. Guests present were Craig Wilkey, Chuck Linne and Larry

Ellis,

3.   Kelly Ashe made a motion, seconded by Roy Benz to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last membership meeting as all present had a

copy.    Motion passed.

4.   Committee Reports:

A.   Audit Committee Chairman Ron Sears reported that the annual audit found no discrepancies and the Ass’n Mgr. had been reimbursed for his expenses.

B.   Awards m& Banquet Committee Chairman Roy Benz reported that the awards banquet will be held March 13^th at Tony’s Italian Restaurant.

C.   Hall of Fame Committee Chairman Perry Hedstrom reported that three people had been elected to the Hall of Fame and the formal induction will be on Saturday the 23^rd of January. Jim Hood, John DeWitt and Ed Garity.

D.            Scholarship Committee Chairman Norm Cox reported that Megan McMahon is ready to start school in the winter season. Her $1000.00 has been paid to Olympic College.

E.            Tournament Committee Chairman Ron Sears reported on the sponsors for this years tournament, some new, many old still with us.

F.   NIBC Representative Kelly Ashe reported that the NIBC Tournament will be held in Eugene, Or. at Emerald Lanes on two week-ends in May.

G.   All Star Team Committee Chairman Kelly Ashe reported that Kitsap County will host the tournament this year at All Star Lanes on the 5^th and 6^th of June. Several meetings with the Women and Youths plus other associations are scheduled in order to make things run as smooth as possible.

5.   New Business:

A.   Danny O’Toole presented the proposed annual budget. After review, Norm

Cox made a motion to accept the budget, Seconded by Kelly Ashe. Motion passed.

B.   The Ass’n Mgr. presented the financial statement. After review, Danny O’

Toole made a motion to accept the financial statement. Seconded by Kelly Ashe. Motion passed.

C.   Election of officers was help and Norm Cox was unanimously elected to another term as Vice President. Earle Sears resigned his Directors position in order to provide a space for a new person. The names of Chuck Linne and Larry Ellis wwere added to the ballot. Directors elected were Bill Bachteler, Danny O’ Toole, Chuck Linne and Larry Ellis.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by the President at 9:35 A.M.
